Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at glartshopit@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: info via email. Before requesting a return, we ask that you contact us via email (above) for customer support, using the subject line "return assistance." We will then contact customer service to find the best solution. If the return is accepted, you will handle the entire return process, from creating and printing the return label to handing it over to the courier (of your choice). Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. The refund will not include the shipping cost. The refund will not include fees, duties, taxes and
or other charges you may have incurred after purchasing from www.glartshop.com. The amount you will be refunded is the amount you spent on the physical products sold exclusively on www.glartshop.com, nothing else.

Damages and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it. We recommend recording a video of the package opening to ensure the product arrived defective.

We are not responsible for damage caused by third parties (e.g., the company responsible for delivering the package) and therefore cannot provide a refund.

If the item has been used and/or damaged in any way since the package was opened, we cannot process a refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, and undamaged by you after opening the package.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Products on sale/sale cannot be returned. Items that have been used and/or damaged cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, the product cannot be returned and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Replacements
Did you receive the wrong item? Contact customer service (glartshopit@gmail.com - write "wrong article" in the email subject) to exchange the product. Before contacting us, please double-check your order to ensure you actually received the wrong item. If you simply ordered the wrong item, we cannot process an exchange or refund.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been used and/or damaged, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of the return.

Again, the refund only includes the cost of the physical products you purchased (shipping costs, fees, taxes, duties, and any other costs you incurred outside of the purchase of products sold on www.glartshop.com are not refundable).
If you made your purchase from a country outside the European Union, you are not protected by the 14-day policy.

Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
